Operation Guide
1. Fill the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank with water to the specified liquid level, and add cleaning agent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank in proportion.
2. Turn on the power, activate the heating systems of the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank for preheating, raising the water temperature to 40~50°C.
3. Press the ultrasonic start button, lay the tubes flat on the material basket in the ultrasonic tank (recommended batch size: within a hundred pieces). Cleaning time is typically several minutes, depending on the degree of dirtiness and the number of pieces per batch.
4. Turn on the circulation and filtration switch in the ultrasonic tank to filter impurities while cleaning, usually with low flow circulation.
5. Activate the swinging device in the ultrasonic tank to make the tubes swing uniformly with the material basket. The swing trajectory is ±25CM, typically at 15~20 rotations/min, adjustable as needed.
6. Lift out the tubes, tilt and pause above the ultrasonic tank to drain residual cleaning liquid from the tubes.
7. Place the tubes in the rinsing tank, activate the swinging device and circulation filtration system of the rinsing tank to rinse off residual cleaning liquid and fine particles. High flow circulation filtration can be used. Since there is no ultrasonic setup in this tank, consider the interference of water flow on the ultrasonic emission direction.
8. Lift out the workpieces, tilt to drain the liquid, completing the entire cleaning process.
9. Before finishing work, turn off the power, drain the liquid from the ultrasonic tank, and rinse the equipment with clean water for maintenance.
